Great advice from Paul when ordering and deciding which wood to go for. Easy to communicate with Paul and able to arrange pick up for next day. Really pleased with quality of the wood too. Would definitely recommend!

Same day collection of birch and oak bulk bag mix within a hour of calling. Wood burns great. Paul was very helpful and happy to answer any question. Highly recommended!

I first bought wood from Timperley Logs around 3 years ago having got a pizza oven in the garden, Paul offered great advise on which woods would be most suitable. More recently we had a multi-furl stove installed in the house, I had been buying logs and coal from supermarkets etc. but this year I bought a mix of oak, birch and smokeless coal from Timperley Logs. The quality of both the logs and coal is excellent, i will be using this from now on. One of the biggest positives is that the coal creates very little ash/dust compared to the brands sold in supermarkets and DIY stores.

Paul and his colleague were excellent professional and very polite, delivery came early next morning which was fantastic as my central heating boiler was not working. Quality of logs and coal extremely good, definitely will be ordering again.

First time using timperley logs. Got our log burner last year and used a different place that sell birch, but wanted to try oak. Very pleased with the value of the nets and the delivery came on the day I asked. The oak has been brilliant so far. 3 logs at a time will burn hot for 2-4 hours, and even closing the vents to the minimum, the stove stays within the ideal temperature range. (Keeping the vents on maximum gets the stove too hot anyway) Yesterday the fire was lit for over 12 hours and we only needed to use one xl net, roughly half of what we’d use with birch. People may say the price is no cheaper than using central heating. But no central heating gets the room as toasty as these oaks on a log burner. Nor is CH as pretty as the flame, and no oak log charges a ridiculous standing charge either. I’ll absolutely be back.

I have only just bought a wood burner so didn’t know much about which wood to burn. Paul at Timperley Logs was very helpful to me and explained the basics of which wood combination works well. His prices are very competitive but above all he went out of his to explain everything to a complete novice. Next time I need wood I’ll only go to Paul.

Quick response and I was lucky to have a same-day delivery. We chatted about my new log burner I received some great advice. I bought Oak and Birch which burn really well and give a long-lasting heat. Use good logs and your burner will stay looking good for a long time. Thanks Paul!
