Having used supermarket logs for our first year with a log burner,we decided to give Timperley logs a go. So glad we did this,the oak logs were an instant game changer! Paul was so professional in his advice and delivery arrived when promised. All in all a fantastic product and service.

My first time of ordering and won’t be my last. I ordered 1.5 bulk of kiln dried oak logs, great burn time and great heat output. I ordered day 1 and they were delivered day 2, because I had side access the gentleman put all the nets away for me in the garage. Thank you

Moved to new house with log burner, found Timperley logs online. Best price for the area, excellent delivery service and quality of logs is amazing! Will be my regular supplier for sure

We found Timperley Logs via a recommendation and couldn’t be happier. Quick and friendly service with good advice given about the types of wood available. Very good value. Paul was great and we will be back for more when our stock has gone!

After some research, and then some positive reviews from friends, we decided to order our logs from Timperley logs this year - we prefer netted bags and got a few of each different type after reading the description of how each type burns - this was really helpful. Delivery was great - really pleased with the experience and will definitely order again!

I got the 12 medium wood package from Paul. Great wood as it burn slower than the rubbish from the supermarkets and bonus of a nice bed of coals afterwards which keeps the heat going for much longer. I’ll be doing a mixture of medium and hard wood next time. Brilliant advice thanks Paul. See you in a few weeks

Fantastic service. Communication with Paul was easy and faultless. Website was informative, we chose our logs and collected them the day after. Easily arranging a date and time for collection. Paul had them all ready for us. Highly recommend Timperley Logs. Excellent on price and service.

Great service from start to finish. Paul is very responsive to orders and the logs were delivered quickly to my door. I'd ordered a mix of Oak and Birch, and the Oak bags helpfully have a coloured tag for easy identification. The logs are nicely dried out so they burn well.

We had a log burner for a few years and always bought logs at any shop. Paul’s logs are not only miles cheaper but the birch and oak combo makes a really long burner, so miles better value too. Paul even gave me a pallet so I can store the logs off the ground!

Excellent service. Provided clear directions on how to get to the location and provided excellent advice. Easy to talk to and will definitely go back. Product are off a high quality, the logs will fit into small, medium and large burners.

Great communication and friendly customer service when buying some kiln dried logs. Being able to get the logs delivered to the back lane of our mid terrace house was a huge positive along with a message with an estimated time of arrival. Have already recommended to others!
