Have just received my first wood delivery from Timperley Logs and I’m delighted. Would highly recommend. Paul was so efficient, I text on a Saturday night and I had the logs delivered Monday morning. Great service, very reliable.

For me customer service is extremely important and from the very beginning I was impressed with Paul. He was totally honest, he listened as I explained my situation and give helpful advice. He wasn’t interested in overselling but seemed more interested in making sure that I received the right fuel for me. He delivered on what he promised to do and I can’t ask more than that. The logs that he delivered were excellent and the information that came with the logs was informative and helpful. There’s only one place that I will be getting my logs and that’s from Paul. I couldn’t fault the interaction and service.

Paul was great from the first phone call, no false promises like some other local sellers. Gave me a max timescale for delivery and logs were with me in half the time. Great quality and great burn time. 3 logs will keep my living room warm all night long. 100% will be ordering again

After searching for a reliable local delivery of logs & coal I came across Timperley logs. Based on reviews and prices I decided to place an order. Paul is a great guy communication was swift he’s knowledgable and helpful delivery was on time and all stacked good quality product from a genuinely nice guy, ordered again in bulk again same excellent service would highly recommend.

Fantastic & friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul and his mate. Delivered without any hassle under challenging conditions! We have a very awkward driveway & there was no moaning from the guys; simply got on with the job & carried each of the 26 nets over the road onto our drive. Highly recommend Timperley Logs!

Really pleased with the service by Paul. I messaged him late on a Sunday night not expecting a reply until Monday, he replied and said to give him a call the next day. Bit of a novice when it comes to stoves, but he went through the options and said he would send me a selection. They day he came I was at work, but he left it all in the garage for me which was a great help. All in all really good wood, great price and service - will use again. Cheers mate

Excellent service from Paul at Timperley Logs. I sent him a photo of my half empty log store and he estimated the number of bags to fill it up. Keeping in touch via SMS text worked a treat as he was able to give me an ETA. Superb quality logs that light dead easily. Thank you Paul, we'll be calling you again soon!
