We contacted Paul who was very helpful in making good choices when purchasing our logs and firefighters. He delivered our order as arranged and put everything in our storage as well. The logs were delivered to our house and placed in our garage ( most other companies don’t offer this service) and left everything very neat and tidy. Customer service, price and excellent delivery will make us go back to Timperley Logs again and again!

I rang Paul, made an appointment to collect the logs as it’s only a couple of miles away , he was there waiting with the logs all ready to go , gave us some great advice re temperatures/ burn time etc , the logs are great quality and the main thing is my wife is happy and warm !!! Great stuff !!
