I contacted Paul to order oak logs for use in my offset smoker for cooking. He talked me through what he had and the differences between seasoned and kiln dried to ensure I was getting what I needed. He offered a great same day service providing options for drop off or collection at a time that suited. Very competitively priced compared to my first order of logs from another supplier. The logs came in nets for easy moving into storage with a good mix of sizes of logs. They burned well in the cook and gave off plenty of heat.
