Used Timperley logs for the first time recently, Paul could not be more accommodating. I have a Birch tree allergy and he took his time to make sure that i was given the correct type of logs. We have only been able to use them a couple of times since our purchase but they were spot on. long burn and great heat and smell from the logs.
