I used Timperley logs for first time very recently and the service was amazing. Helpful to discuss kinds of wood and delivered very promptly. The wood burns excellently and is great quality. Will be using Timperley logs from now on as so easy and no hassle!

Visited for the first time last month, the staff were very helpful and I ended up with a mix of different woods plus some sound advice on running my new stoves. The wood is great quality and burns really well. Will definitely be back when I need to stock up.

Great service from Paul. Logs are high quality kiln dried and just the job for my log burner. Would recommend buying he logs in individual nets…good value for money and cheaper than buying from the usual diy stores or supermarkets. Will definitely buy again.

Having used supermarket logs for our first year with a log burner,we decided to give Timperley logs a go. So glad we did this,the oak logs were an instant game changer! Paul was so professional in his advice and delivery arrived when promised. All in all a fantastic product and service.

My first time of ordering and won’t be my last. I ordered 1.5 bulk of kiln dried oak logs, great burn time and great heat output. I ordered day 1 and they were delivered day 2, because I had side access the gentleman put all the nets away for me in the garage. Thank you

After some research, and then some positive reviews from friends, we decided to order our logs from Timperley logs this year - we prefer netted bags and got a few of each different type after reading the description of how each type burns - this was really helpful. Delivery was great - really pleased with the experience and will definitely order again!

I got the 12 medium wood package from Paul. Great wood as it burn slower than the rubbish from the supermarkets and bonus of a nice bed of coals afterwards which keeps the heat going for much longer. I’ll be doing a mixture of medium and hard wood next time. Brilliant advice thanks Paul. See you in a few weeks

Fantastic service. Communication with Paul was easy and faultless. Website was informative, we chose our logs and collected them the day after. Easily arranging a date and time for collection. Paul had them all ready for us. Highly recommend Timperley Logs. Excellent on price and service.

Great service from start to finish. Paul is very responsive to orders and the logs were delivered quickly to my door. I'd ordered a mix of Oak and Birch, and the Oak bags helpfully have a coloured tag for easy identification. The logs are nicely dried out so they burn well.
