Really pleased with the service by Paul. I messaged him late on a Sunday night not expecting a reply until Monday, he replied and said to give him a call the next day. Bit of a novice when it comes to stoves, but he went through the options and said he would send me a selection. They day he came I was at work, but he left it all in the garage for me which was a great help. All in all really good wood, great price and service - will use again. Cheers mate

Excellent service from Paul at Timperley Logs. I sent him a photo of my half empty log store and he estimated the number of bags to fill it up. Keeping in touch via SMS text worked a treat as he was able to give me an ETA. Superb quality logs that light dead easily. Thank you Paul, we'll be calling you again soon!

Very reliable and prompt service. Paul was helpful and informative and we will be buying logs from him every autumn. The logs burn really well . Very helpful that they are in net bags so easy to move and straightforward to store. Thank you Paul.

We have just used Timperley Logs for the Ist time. We couldn't have had a better experience. Paul was a pleasure to deal with. The timber is as it says on the website. It burns slow and is great value for money. We will definitely be using Timperley logs again. Many thanks Pete

Paul is a lovely bloke , it was so easy to arrange via WhatsApp . He arrived exactly when he said he would. Really good deal .. he even left a little leaflet to let me know what logs are harder and how each one burns which was great for me . I will definitely use Paul again .

Excellent service from Paul, such a friendly helpful person. From calling him at 10am, he had delivered and unloaded my logs by 1pm. He even placed them all in our garage for me as my husband was at work. I would highly recommended Paul and Timperley logs. Really enjoyed our chat as we waited for the rain to stop!
